  i admit to not being very well informed about the watchtower's view on blood transfusions.

  i have a couple of questions that i hope someone here is able to answer.. i understand that the watchtower now considers it to be okay to receive blood fractions.. my first question is: are all fractions considered to be permissible?

  and if not, specifically which fractions are not permissible?.

  After receiving a transplant, white blood cell count will decrease quickly and will remain low until the new cells begin to grow (engraftment). During this time, you are at great risk for developing an infection since you will not have white blood cells to fight bacteria, viruses or fungi. We are talking bloodless surgery here where
  the donor's blood is flushed from the body as the organs are flushed. The blood is not used in any transfusions. So it would be dumb to transfer millions of white blood cells and think its acceptable

  Admittedly I'm not an expert on blood procedures ,This is what Ive found on the subject
  

  Patients who are Jehovah's Witnesses refuse blood transfusions and blood products as a matter of faith. For surgical procedures during which substantial blood loss is possible, their refusal presents a challenge. 'Anesthetists must generally respect the requests of adults not to receive blood and thus should have a clear understanding of how they will respond in the event of bleeding. Several blood conservation techniques are available for consideration, including acute normovolemic hemodilution. This technique entails the preoperative phlebotomy of whole blood that contains a high concentration of red blood cells and coagulation Patiefactors, while replacing the lost volume with a crystalloid and/or colloid infusion. The procured whole blood can then be transfused back during or after the procedure as a treatment of hypovolemia. Leaving the procured blood continuously attached to the patient through the collection tubing makes the procedure acceptable to most Jehovah's Witness patients. Current literature is unclear when this technique should be used. In this particular case, acute normovolemic hemodilution contributed to the successful outcome of an anemic Jehovah's Witness who was undergoing major surgery.

  That would be the case if Adam was like a cave man with little or no intelligence and just plain dumb and stupid grabbing Eve by the hair and dragging her into a cave or something. But that was not the case they have found in the Aztec world.

  Youre saying blood storage is approved is my contention is its not .The procedure of hemodilution,this is a procedure that can be done during surgery that dont require storage of the blood,you make it sound like it can be stored as well , amount of blood is allowed to recirculate is no difference than dialysis.

  is this a bad joke or "fake news"?.

  nbc new york is claiming "attorneys are expected on monday to announce the filing of lawsuits in king's county supreme court against eight members of the governing body of the jehovah's witnesses for alleged child sexual abuse claims.".

  These were false brothers in the first century and false brothers today that have slipped in to the congregations and done horrible thing to women and under ages girls the bible warned of such so why is this such a shock its happening in Gods clean organization

  a month ago i sent a letter to the us branch about 607. my purpose for sending it was because i wanted to show to my parents through the letters the truth behind the date system.

  Regarding 607 B.C.E ,its the date JWs came up with 1914 as the end of the gentile times,so if 607 is wrong then 1914 is wrong.First the Jews in first century had expectation of the Messiah why was this?

  Certain Jews believed that the 70 weeks covered the period from the destruction of the first temple in 607 B.C.E. to the destruction of the second temple in 70 C.E

  They couldn't have asked him about his COMING since they didn't expect he was going anywhere after he was resurrected

  JWs say he appointed them as the slave to fed his sheep after he came or became King in 1914 ,he didnt come again to the earth in 1914 ,he didnt go anywhere ,

  The Churches dont believe this but still look for Jesus to return or come again so this means no slave has been appointed in Christendom to fed they followers since he hasn't returned ,\.Think of what that means ,Jesus is in heaven and has not provided a Shepard to feed his sheep if we are to believe the Churches teachings because he clearly said;

  The point is since he hasn't returned according to Church teachings then his sheep are starving spiritually because he said when he return he will appoint a slave to fed his sheep,he certainly would need to appoint a slave when he returned for a supposed rapture since all his followers would be saved and wouldn't need to be fed spiritually .

  
  

  So JWs teaching makes more sense that 1914 the Kingdom was established ,he then soon after appointed a slave to care for his sheep and condemned all the Churches who were unfaithful while blessing the 1914 war ,remember it was addressed in a form of a question;
